Who this notice covers

This notice covers the Delegated Finance website and its email enquiries. Delegated Finance is currently operated by its founder personally. Use the privacy contact above for questions about your information or this notice.

Blanja signup is not open. Its disabled interest form does not submit or save your details. Before signup opens, we will explain what it collects, how long it is kept and how confirmation and unsubscribe work. Future financial products or pilots will have their own applicable information and terms.

When you contact us

Our enquiry links open your email application. You choose what to send. We receive your email address, message, attachments and any other information you include. We use them to respond and manage the discussion. An enquiry does not subscribe you to Blanja updates or commit you to a pilot.

Please keep initial enquiries high level. Do not include card details, identity documents or personal information about children or other beneficiaries.

When you visit

Base44 hosts this website and provides traffic analytics. Hosting services receive network and browser information, including your IP address, to deliver pages and maintain the service. Analytics include page visits, referring sites, visit duration, device and browser information, and approximate location. We use these services to operate the site and understand which pages are useful.

Session recording was switched off on 13 October 2026. This stops new recordings, but does not switch off traffic analytics or erase earlier recordings. If earlier recordings exist, Base44 documents a 30-day storage limit before automatic removal.

The Blanja story selector remembers your selected story in browser storage. The app also stores platform configuration, the page address used to enter the app and sign-in information when applicable. You can clear site data through your browser settings; this may reset preferences or sign you out. Google Fonts receives connection information when your browser loads the site's typefaces.

Services we use

We use Base44 for hosting and platform services, Google Workspace for our enquiry inbox, and Google Fonts for typefaces. Their processing may take place outside your country. Provider records, security logs and recovery copies follow the applicable service arrangements; the enquiry period below is not a deletion deadline for every provider system.

How long we keep enquiries

We keep enquiry correspondence while the discussion is active. We review inactive enquiries each month and remove ordinary enquiry correspondence once it has been inactive for 12 months, unless a specific ongoing business need or legal requirement means it must be retained.

We count inactivity from the last substantive exchange about the enquiry. An automated message or an unanswered generic follow-up does not restart that period. Where an exception applies, we keep only the relevant information, record the reason and review the need again within three months.

This review covers our working mailbox and separately saved enquiry copies and attachments within our control. Removal does not immediately erase every copy from provider recovery systems, backups or the other person's mailbox. This policy does not set retention for a future Blanja waitlist.

Your choices and requests

Email hello@delegated.finance to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. We will assess requests under the requirements that apply, explain what action we take and tell you about any relevant limitation.

We may need enough information to confirm that a request concerns your own records. Please do not send identity documents unless a specific need and a suitable method have been explained.
